What did you think about online coaching before joining Born Fitness?
Before joining Born Fitness I had tried one or two online coaching programs but both of them felt too impersonal.
What did you think about online coaching after joining Born Fitness?
When I found Born Fitness on Twitter and decided to give it a try it was the first time I felt the person on the other end was really reading my messages and taking the time to find solutions for my fitness problems. Since then I’ve never looked back.
What problems were you having with your fitness and diet before you joined Born Fitness coaching What from coaching helped you solve the problem?
I used to be fat and when I say fat I mean 230 pounds, no muscle, and fat. I tried every diet I found and carbs became my enemy. After two years of crash and fail diets I got skinny – no carbs skinny. My strength and my physique were not even close to where I wanted them to be. Born Fitness taught me how to really eat and be flexible with my nutrition. Those horrible days when you go out with friends and suffer watching them eat are over. Carbs are your friend! You need them! In the gym working out has become not a matter of perfection but instead a matter of getting better at every lift bit-by-bit, day-by-day. Now I can really say I have a different, healthy and manageable lifestyle.
What specific results have you achieved as a result of Born Fitness coaching?
To keep it simple I managed to loose fat and gain muscle. I’ve taken my body fat percentage to single digits all while eating carbs and feeling awesome. What’s more to ask?
What words of advice would you give to someone who is considering joining Born Fitness coaching now that you have gone through the program?
Here’s my advice: trust Born Fitness coaching, be patient and be real, even though we might get a little desperate from time to time. The results that will stay with you forever don’t happen overnight. Strive to get better every day and you’ll see after some time how far you’ve gone and how much you’ve learned.
